Communications between you, the Response Center, and Sentinel personnel may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance, training, operational, safety, and documentation purposes.
By using Sentinel's services, you consent to such recording where permitted by applicable law.

Sentinel maintains administrative, physical, and technical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. These safeguards are modeled on the security standards of the HIPAA Security Rule, and include access controls, encryption of information in transit and at rest where appropriate, workforce training, vendor oversight, and incident response procedures. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of your information.
Information Retention
Sentinel retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain business records.
